I'm 19 and I've familiarized myself with TRP philosophy for quite a while now. I do enjoy reading philosophy and literature etc. and I find myself incorporating a lot of the notions of TRP into conversations I have with people older than myself (yes, there is a proper way to incorporate these into your conversations without sounding like an autistic chauvinist), and every time they find out how old I am they're in shock, always saying something along the lines of "someone as old as you shouldn't know all this", "you're so wise for your age" etc.

Now personally, I think I know just enough about the world beyond its PC surface to really understand how it works, but apparently that alone is enough to impress most people. Anyone else around my age have similar experiences?
