Sup y'all. Recently swallowed the red pill, very interesting so far. I'm 19 y.o., didn't really focus on women until a few months ago because the only thing I did was play video games and basketball. Already started lifting about a year ago so I got that going for me, I look muscular and fit. But still haven't even had a kiss yet, working on my social skills atm too. Missed several opportunities (according to a female friend of mine the day AFTER sigh) but I believe it will come soon.

Anyways, I've been practicing some eye contact here and there. But it's all a bit confusing and new to me, so if anyone has some pointers or general advice it would be greatly appreciated. There's 2 scenarios I have a question about, both happened this week.

  1. Went to a local food joint. There was a couple sitting diagonally from me and the moment I walked in I noticed the girl glancing at me occasionally. When I sat down it continued, even the bf turned around because he saw she kept looking in my direction. I never looked back until I noticed she was staring at me for a while, so I looked directly into her eyes and that lasted a few seconds until she snapped out of it and immediately looked at her table. She didn't even glance at me afterwards.

  2. Was working with my coworkers and we were closing up in the back. She is always going for eye contact and I end up breaking it first because she stares into my fucking soul, somehow it's really intense and I get a bit nervous (yah beta i know). Anyways I was standing behind her and at one point she turned her head to me and looked at me, and I locked eyes and we stood there for 3/4 seconds until we both looked away. We didn't say a word, I was grinning/smiling though and she had a curious expression on her face if that makes any sense.

Anything I can do practice this shit and get better at it? I still suck at most stuff when it comes to women but im reading a lot of posts that have helped so far, but without real life practice im not going anywhere.

oh English is not my main language so that's why my writing sucks.
