I feel ashamed that I've been almost 2 years in this subreddit and I'm not at the level I'd think I'd be at. I understand the reality, the rules, and the game. I can read body language and cues that my other friends dont seem to notice, yet I've filled my head with books and theories while disregarding game.

My usual M.O is as follows:

  • look serious yet relaxed, take up a lot of space by leaning back on chair (rarely smile)
  • if 8s or higher show up, not even look at them (this catches their attention alot for some reason).
  • if someone starts a conversation I always ask about them first, revealing as little as possible about myself.
  • When I feel like its my turn to spill my beans I check if IOI's got more intense, if they have I can take it from there, if not I'm stumped.

If disinterest and abundance mentality are attractive, how am I supposed to escalate without showing interest?

I heard smiling alot hurts my chances so am I only supposed to make batman smirks?

I've read that casually glancing at the HB's lips mid-conversation is a powerful suggestion tool that projects the desire of kissing. Does this generate attraction or does attraction have to be set previously for this to work?

Is the mystery method viable in TRPs eyes? I need some sort of groundwork or flowchart to know where I'm at during a conversation and that's the only one I can think of.
