Find that my smv is increasing and finding challenges that go along with it. Basically everything in this subreddit and what I have learnt is being tested and the challenge is to hold frame, remember those learnings and apply them. Most of these challenges are to do with being in the spotlight and still going after the girls I want. Obviously people talk, accusations are thrown around and rumours spread etc. and I am trying to not buy into this Blue pill bs.

Beside sidebar and Red pill philosophy (stoicism, abundance etc.) do you have any tips for dealing with these high smv ‘challenges’, especially when my reality seems to be teaching me lots of hard lessons and I’m not quite getting the results of a high smv man.
