I’m sure many people would have/had this. Something I noticed. Whenever I see a hot chick I feel this instant tension in myself and consequently feel anxious, fearful about approaching even looking over etc. Almost like instantly putting her on a pedestal.

It’s a very automatic, subconscious reaction.

Any ideas on how to overcome/help with this?
