Most here would say lost cause. However, I think you should start applying some dread. That is, lift, see her less, take longer to reply, and generally be a little less accessible. Get in shape and start a tinder if you must to have a better sense of what's out there to know how good or bad you have it. When you feel that you have options you'll be able to naturally become more alpha in the relationship. This will be a turning point in the relationship and you'll have to analyze how she reacts and play accordingly.

It depends if you can understand this: your mindset is the origin of your problems. The words you chose to describe your situation shows that you currently need that relationship. Your partner can feel that you need her more than she needs you, and as a consequence, as a woman, she feels more valuable than you, resents you for having made her stuck with a lower-value male, and - of course - extracts what she wants from that relationship while reneging on what she doesn't want to contribute.

Your solution is to stop needing that relationship. You can start lifting all you want, or leave her on the spot, but as long as you need her and that she can feel that need, her lack of attraction will not solve itself.

TRP has lots of practical tips to give you (some in the answers). But ultimately, this is that need of her you need to eradicate. They day you really don't need her (the day you'll feel you truly don't care whether she stays or leaves), that day my friend, she will do everything to please you I can assure you.

Well start with allowing her to disrespect you. hit the sidebar and read up. its an uphill battle but it is doable. act like you have options. increase your SMV. gain self-respect.

Then work on your self and dont consider that girl, AFTER you worked on yourself for a good amount of time and you are actually able to pull other women, you can rethink your relationship for her, because I think its not like "you really like her", its more like you are not in the position to get anything else.

Dump her and remember next time any time another chick comes up, hold frame and apply dread proactively. I am in an LTR and always remind her in an elegant way that if she leaves I will just go on a binge session and fuck a lot of girls and that usually stops the hamster from spinning.

Do you want the best advice? Lift like there's no tomorrow and get massive, then women will chase you, that's the best advice somebody can give about this that will work, doing tricks will only work for a day or two.
