Theres no direct correlation between a high body count and cheating so even if you do decide to date then that's fine theres a very low probability that she could cheat.

Personally I find the high body count unattractive as well, I wouldn't have moved the conversation further after knowing her count. Shoulda kept her plated. A cat's only got 9 lives.
