1) Review the current rules in all of the states in areas of interest - pandemic shutdowns, gun laws, admin hurdles for small businesses, etc. 2) Identify the best cities or suburbs in those states for cost of living, employment, other economic factors 3) Over the next year, vacation to your top options to get a feel for each place 4) Pack up and head to the best one

Also, don’t be afraid about going off the beaten path. So, in Florida, Miami is the big draw - but the Gulf Coast is supposed to be amazing. So, consider Tampa Bay as well.

Florida is the Wild West of covid. Everyone acts immune to it. They’ve had it or they’re comfortable with getting it. That said, if you’re part of the latter, you’ll feel right at home and life will persist without delay

VA is open. Idk about Annapolis or Baltimore, but Arlington is open in case if you dont want to move further. DC wont be far from there either.
