Fucking try it. Get up at 5am, go for a run or do 100 burpees, then get into a ice cold fucking shower. You will be an absolute BEAST for the day. It trains your mind to LIKE HARD THINGS.

You get a rush of norepinephrine when you cold shower so there is some actual science behind it.

I use them when I can’t sleep or when I have a hangover it seems to help a lot. Not everyday though, maybe if it’s really fucking hot out.

The cold shower helps your skin

Helps weight loss

Helps you mentally

It’s not bullshit, and if this is the one thing TRP offers that you think is bullshit, idk what to tell you

It makes your body fight, it doesn’t relax you. Both physically and mentally.

I personally don’t take 100% cold showers but I like to start off hot and get all soap on me then rinse off cold.

If anything it makes your skin healthier

Like most things on here, there's some basis in fact, even just down to "it gives your body a shock and wakes up for the day" but also like most things on here, it's taken WAY too fucking seriously like it's some magic key to a better life.

I take cold showers on the regular and I end ALL of my showers with a nice cold blast. Most of the shit on the internet talking about how cold showers "changed my life" is bullshit.

These are the REAL reasons I take cold showers and why you should consider it:

The first few times will give you an unprecedented amount of mental peace after taking one. It feels like you are in complete zen for around an hour. This stops happening after a while.
They are much more sensational. Warm showers feel like your half awake, cold showers are way more sensational and way more fun.
They wake you up. Whenever I feel drousy or tired, I blast myself in cold water and it wakes me the fuck up.

I done it for about a month

It was shit

All it done was make me want to lay in bed longer because I was dreading it so bad

A cool shower is nice after the gym though
