Alright two questions, two condensed little backgrounds about them. But first, a quick summary of who i am.

18 6'1 170lbs (77kg's), High school senior, been lifting since i was 16, well before i discovered TRP 5 months ago. Always been a shy beta, raised in a single mother household, but i'm trying to change that.

Alright, first with the bitch. Most women respond well to TRP tactics, but this one broad is a complete bitch (i have no attraction to her). The other day I'm sitting there talking to friends, she comes over and says "Jimmy, do you have any water?" takes the bottle of water off my desk, guzzels it, and hands it to me. I look at her and say "Do you realize how disrespectful that was?" Maybe she took the hint, but she went and refilled it at the water fountain saying "I'm not filling it for you, but because i'm thirsty", comes back a minute later, and throws it in my direction, without even a hint of respect. This angered the fuck out of me, but i was unsure how to respond. I got the water back, and 80% filled (more than i had to begin with), but she was a complete skank about it.

Secondly, dealing with other Alphas. There's this one Alpha, i somewhat like and dislike him (as well as admire him, and try and emulate his skills) because he resonates pure Alpha energy, and is kinda funny, but he's a massive prick. He'll go up to girls, grab them by the waste, whisper something in their ear, he'll play with their hair, toy with them (alot of great shit worth adopting). He always tries to challenge me and other males, getting up in our face and saying "i'll kick your ass", i shrug it off, or jokingly accept the challenge with hopes that i won't come off as weak to my peers, (i'm not eager to fight him, but if it comes to it.)

But at any rate, I'm doing this science project with this girl at the lab table, talking to her, employing the shit I've learned here, out of nowhere he comes up and slaps this girl on the ass. I was flabbergasted, i had no clue how to respond, the girl clearly didn't like it, she didn't say anything to him but she gave me a glance as if i should've done something, but what was i to do? I'm not in a relationship with this girl (she has a beta AF boyfriend, that i'll be glad to fuck over). This angered, and degraded me to an extent.

So how does one go about dealing with this fucker, and that skank?
