Dealing with lows

Usually find that this correlates with diet, training and life consistency.

Eg miss my usual meal or the macros are bad. Don’t get my usual sleep quota and schedule. Some annoying shit.

If you look at society note how people are all over the place with eating, and lifestyle.

IMO ignore that shit and focus on solid consistency to a tee. Almost the exact same meals every day, same time, same morning gym session every day with same rotation of exercises and same bed time same sleep and everything.

Of course you know you can have different Women’s in your diet but that’s for you to decide - the other stuff should be solid. That’s just me though, other people may like roller coaster lifestyle

I get it.

There are no easy answers to this one, go get checked up. I used to take medication for it. Through TRP, self-learning and meditation I've found a baseline. It does get better and it does go away, but you have to work for it. Give yourself time, and out of your head. You're not unique on this, and don't be afraid to love yourself, even if no one else does, and they do. It really helps to have somewhere to be.

The snowball effect. One good thing will lead to another good thing and the same goes for the bad. Recognize when things start to go bad and try to correct them with simple habits like making your bed and cleaning your room. Small accomplishments can snowball into big ones.

I started a gym Jan 15. 5 weeks In I'm losing motivation. I was progressi g from 2x a wk to 4x. But couldn't get 5x for some reason or an other.

Last week only 1x

Really feel like f n it 4 am is a tough wake up up time.

I realize I had ran out of L-argine and got lazy with multi vitamin

I went to gym this am (monday) Praying I can keep motivated tomorrow.

Work is gettin ramped up Kids got to get buts in gear

For me, consistently going to the gym, meditating, and eating a nutritious rich diet keep my lows at a minimum. Everyone has lows, they're unavoidable. Just keep yourself on check and listen to what your body and mind are telling you. Some times we need a break. It's okay to take a few hours out of a weekend to relax and play video games or go out to a restaurant and treat yourself. A lot of people apply too many restrictions on themselves too quickly and end up burning out.

Okay! I know what you mean!

I have been living with this for over 10 years, it is like a lighter bipolar issue. I get ups and down that I cannot i explain. My enviroment affect it, but it is also very unlogic. DM me if you want to talk about it.

Try

-NoFap

-Bodybuilding/Running/type of fitness

-Better diet

-Not giving a fuck

I do all of the above and energy and mood levels have become consistent. Also not give a fuck means: not trying to be confident, but being confident while not taking responsibility for the things you aren't responsible for. It's good to give or take care, but take care of yourself first.

Used to have similar episodes till I put more faith that things will go alright. If it doesn't, there will be a solution to the problem if not now then later.

And be you at least 80 or 90 percent of the time while the rest is room for the change. Don't push yourself too hard...everything takes time.
