Betas orbit women and aren't aware of female manipulation. It's possible to be nice and still be red pill. Nice guys can still be alpha by not providing women they aren't fucking with resources or comfort. You can be nice without being a shoulder to cry on. You can be nice without being a free ride. You can be nice without money coming out of your wallet to support someone else's poor life decisions. Just be conscious of shaming tactics, and walk away when there's nothing to be gained.

Alpha fucks, beta bucks: this means betas get used as ATMs while alphas get all the pussy. Betas pursue women. Alphas don't pursue women; they create attraction and dominate from the getgo. Personally, if a woman isn't receptive to my advances the first time, I just next them immediately. I have no patience for women that think they can control me, which is most of them. I don't go on dates, I fuck. I don't ask for numbers, I tell them to give me their number because I know they're attracted, and they willingly give it to me. Women are insane because they don't respond to nice guy behavior (they only say they want men to be nice so they can control them and use them for the money/resources), but they worship assholes who don't cave to objections, hold them to their words, will call them out when they lie, or fall for shaming language. Alphas dominate or they're gone. Simple as that.

The real difference between blue pill and red pill thinking is choosing to value yourself over women which immediately takes them all off the pedestal. That means acknowledging that you have no reason, no real motivation to support a woman if she's not going to give you something you want in return now, not later. ( e.g., sex, love, relationships.) Chauvinism gets a bad rap cause women made it a pejorative term, but what's the female equivalent of that term? Feminist? Whatever it is, they sure as hell are female chauvinists by expecting you to foot the bill for everything, work for their attention, and spend your life slaving away to support their lifestyles while you eat shit hoping she'll give you a kiss.

If a woman isn't worried about being annoying with her shitty behavior to you, then it's because she thinks she can manipulate you to do what she wants. Why? Because women are very well aware of their sexual allure and capitalize on it for as long as they possibly can until they hit the wall. That's when they settle down. That's when they look for a beta provider.

IMO:

A nice guy in the blue pill world is just a dumpster for bad emotions and a source of confirmation. -> beta

A true and confident alpha is a nice guy by definition because he is a rock in the surf and a source of true counsel because he isn't affected by drama and values and rewards nice behaviour.

I think it was Athol Kay that said something like this (completely paraphrased).

There's the nice guy (beta), the "not nice guy" and the asshole.

Your lady comes home from work, and mentions that her back was sore.

The asshole says, "Kwitcher bitchin and get me my fuckin' sandwich"
The nice guy says, "I'm so sorry, my precious princess, would you like me to give you a back rub?" - the answer usually will be no
The not nice guy says, "take off your shirt and lay down for a back rub"

Hopefully you'll see the distinction between the nice guy, and the not nice guy. The "not nice" action will usually get done, and she'll be bragging on social media about what an awesome boyfriend she has.

The distinction is important.

Nice and beta are all about the intentions.

If you are submissive and pleasing because you want something you are beta. "If I'm nice to her she'll like me!"

If you do nice things for people because YOU decided that YOU want to do them, you are nice.

I think the main point is not to give her things that she has not earned. This is especially true of material possessions. Buying dinner, flowers, all the crap.

It also includes emotional crap too. If she has a problem and wants to complain, well you should really limit how much you listen unless she has specifically earned your care in advance. Your time is valuable and has to be earned. And even then, you should only do it much for really serious issues, like her dad died or something. Her coworker is a jerk isn't serious, don't let her talk about it long.
