Yes he is. Getting compliance from others is a sign of dominance.

You can tell a girl "do this for me, go and get me another beer and a drink for yourself as well. Thanks" or m you can direct them to sit down if they are in heels and you feel they are getting tired. Just say "there is a seat open there, let's go sit down" and just lead her by the arm.

Nah just be social, it gives you an excuse to chat up some random chick or if he asks for a favor make a deal of it like sigh deeply and be like "man you really owe me one after that" with a smile if it was something like grabbing him a beer that was right beside you. If he's ordering you around then that's another thing and you tell h im to get fucked.

To me this seems like the male version of a shit test. In a way. When this happens to me usually my friend is trying to get me to create some fun and entertainment for us all. But if it's something I really don't want to do, (because usually they are stupid) then I turn down the idea and don't do it. They will still respect you for it.

When guys do that just politely decline or act like you don’t know. Try to not let them assert dominance over you but also try not to be a dick about it.

Sounds like a male shit test. More importantly, there's something low value about yourself that makes other people boss you around.

Lift, improve your frame, DGAF, and all these micro situations will barely be an afterthought.

Build your frame up so you can confidently bark back, "sure, I'll set up the beer pong table if you shotgun your beer. 1 2 3, GO!"

You might also need to takes some steps to build your confidence, and maybe even change your look up some...
