Don't worry, this is exactly why you DO belong here. If all of this came naturally to you, you wouldn't need a subreddit or a bunch of strangers helping you out, would you?

Most of us, I think, were in similar situations as you - beta, weak, scared to take control or assert ourselves, emotionally sensitive, caring, serving everyone around us and catering to their needs etc.

For your first point, I would suggest getting you testosterone levels checked.

You are looking for 1) Total testosterone levels 2) Free testosterone levels 3) Estrogen levels

I would also suggest that you start hitting the gym. It feels great when your shirts start getting tight in all the right places!

Most of your being sensitive is conditioning and LOW testosterone.

Read the books that people suggested, but even before that get your ass out to a good gym and join up. Tweak your diet to contain almost all meat and vegetables.

Right now you are a product of a pussified environment. It's up to you to change that.

So basically you’re saying “👨‍💻I’m a soyboy should I keep lurking?”. I’d say yeah could be helpful. Also go lift and eat red meat, good steak, venison, eggs, maybe salmon kinda gross though. Bison meat too A1! Read the sidebar. Buy a motorcycle or go to a boxing gym, join like some kinda men’s rec league for some sport you don’t suck at ect.

The concepts still apply. Lift and become the man you want to be. You need to understand woman to pass test they will give you. Think of your sensitivity as a Don Juan kind of sexuality. Nothing wrong we with wanting to be dominated but your probably going to have to dominate her as well for it to last longer term for you.
