I have linked a post I made yesterday for some background information. It is absolutely only coincidence that she attempted to contact me tonight because she has no idea what reddit or TRP is. I have also linked the text messages she sent me tonight.

I'm 99.99% sure the reason she has made contact is because I went fishing with her next door neighbor, (one of my good friends), last night and I believe his wife may have let some gossip out of the bag. Yeah, big surprise, women can't keep their mouths shut. Bigger issue is, why did my friend not keep his shut. We were doing some much needed and very much overdue bonding and to be completely honest, I had only mentioned to him how much happier I am now compared to then. How not only was she not a good person in general but mostly about how I had failed.

So, I was woken up tonight to my ex wife blowing my phone the fuck up. Have no intention at all of answering or following up contact. Bottom line, it woke me up and now I'm awake.

So, I have 2 questions, what would be a good RP approach to confronting my friend about running his mouth? Should these texts from the ex be perceived as a threat of some kind?
