Personally, I try to have sex, spin a few plates and have abundance. I only fap when I do not have sex for a few days or weeks and after I say no to the urge for the first few times....good to build discipline and not cave into this but that’s just my opinion.

There is something called Flatlining that happens when you get past the first big urge at a week or two and keep going for a month or more.

It’s basically where your libido actually goes down but it comes back- stronger sometimes or a return to normal.

As time passes the urges get easier

My general philosophy is that you shouldn't fap because it robs you of your animal drive to fuck. Your lizard brain doesn't know the difference between porn and pussy; as far as he's concerned you've got a harem the size of the Great Khan's and he's not going to divert any extra resources towards getting you laid.

If you were a lion and you wanted to get better at hunting, the first thing you'd want to do is stop gorging on the meat being thrown at you by humans. Where will you find the drive to actually go and hunt if you are always well-fed and satisfied?

So, no fap is better. Divert your sexual energy toward the real thing.

As far as actually having sex, you should absolutely have as much sex as you possibly can. Daily sex would be ideal, sometimes twice or three times per day on the weekends.

Just don't waste you seed on a computer screen and a tissue. Go and hunt for it.

I do once a week, any longer and my balls get sore. Definitely an improvement in my life over once per day like I used to do. I actually have drive to get laid now.

Men going months are damaging their bodies and brain's neural feedback with the exception it obviously doesn't matter if you don't jerk it but you gotta girl to fuck you or suck you off every day or two, no big deal.

For me personally its helped me stay on my cutting diets in the past. Everytime i had sexual thoughts i would channel that into work or the gym. Made me faster and more intense in whatever i was doing at the moment. I still fap rarely but it does and has helped me.

Your libido levels will get lower once you get past 1 - 2 weeks without fapping. That's called "flatline" and it can last even for a few months. To me it lasted about 2 months, then my libido was back stronger.

I can see how it might work for some to fap every once in a while but generally speaking you should be having sex instead of fapping. There's a lot of BS and pseudo science involving nofap but I see it as a reset button for your libido and sex appeal - the idea is to be aroused by a woman in real life, not a video/your hands + imagination. And if you've developed erectile disfunction it's a no brainer - you have to stop fapping.

Personally don't believe in the nofap ideology. I'm a human being and it's ok to be human.

So many people in TRP place stigma on normal function in effort to gain an advantage in testosterone. I call bullshit. First. It fucking rules to blast one in your girl. Second, use it or lose it.
