Please read everything ALL the way through before answering. The answer might seem obvious, and it very possibly will still be obvious after reading it; I just don't want to have a bunch of gut-reflex, short/mindless answers.

I was just curious on how comparable individual abilities are to collective ones, if at all. This sounds confusing, so I'll clarify: how should men/women behave if they are naturally unskilled at behaviors characteristic of their gener role? Hypothetical example: Mike has anxiety issues and is a bad leader, and Dianne is a natural leader. Should Mike develop the issues if there are women out there who can be the leader instead? Should Dianne forget about her abilities?

I'll draw a rough parallel to remove gender from the problem briefly: If I come from a family of sports players, and I have terrible eyesight, why then should I play sports? There are a plethora of their paths for me in this situation.

Okay, back to genders and stuff.

I'm simply asking because I'm not exactly TRP material right now. This isn't be trying to be some hating, SJ asshole complaining. It probably sounds VERY anti-redpill, and I realize that. However, I believe many of the components of TRP ideas, but I can't wrap my head around this one.

Thanks.
