I had a crush on this girl from the first time I met her at university. She is HB7-8 and has a lovely personality, caring, and loved by all. From the first day, she showed interest in me by complimenting my looks and admiring my behavior. I didn't reciprocate at the time, but deep down, I liked her. Days passed, and our relationship improved. She got comfortable with me touching her hair, face, legs, and belly, but I never complimented her looks. She is very touchy herself; that's what encouraged me more. I tried to apply the red pill principles as much as could and understood, and by far, it got me far enough.

I was not gaming any girl at that time, so I fall into the trap of developing oneitis. Today I approached her and led her to the library to tell her something, and I did.

HER: what? (she couldn't hear me, or she is faking it).

ME: I like you (the name of the girl).

HER: what? (seriously)

ME: I like you, do you want me to yell to hear me out?

HER: laughing, laughing, laughing. (She just thought it was a joke because she not used to me being serious)

ME: Staring into her eyes.

HER: (feeling nervous) laughing, what do you want me to say?

ME: Will you be my girlfriend?

HER: laughing, laughing. I never thought you would think me that way, what do you want me to tell you?

ME: Yes or no.

HER: You have a good character, and I like that about you, but you took me by surprise, my heart is pounding, my face must be red, I'm so confused (true, she was very nervous, and couldn't think clearly).

ME: I agree, I was very direct because I don't like beating around the bush.

HER: I like that, but I'm not ready yet to tell you my final desicion.

ME: Are you rejecting me? My heart. (in a funny way)

HER:(being nervous ) Don't get angry.

ME: Staring int her eyes, I may get angry if you make me wait too long.

HER: It's not that I closed my heart off the last time(she told me about her ex a day before and how she broke up with him because he said that he loved her and he wasn't). I just need to think about it.

ME: ok, you can get up now, small laugh (I couldn't hide my anger).

HER: laughing (feeling that I was hurt). I thought you were going to tell me what you thought about my previous relationship. (I told her I was going to the other day).

ME: You are both wrong.

HER: yep, right.

HER: So you're not coming to class today.

ME: yep.

*we both stood up and walking to the classroom*

HER: how long did you hold feeling for me?

ME: every time you tell me how you do good things. Your honesty and how you expose yourself to the world without fearing rejection. I liked you more. (shit)

*pause*

HER: you like me, right? You don't love me? You don't know me that well (her accent made me feel that saying that I loved her that soon is a big no. I agree but saying that was unnecessarily bitchy)

ME: I like you that what I said not love you.

HER: Yeah, yeah...

I got her to class. We shaken hands. I went my way.

I asked her on facebook is she was ok, and she told me she is fine, and we continued chatting very little as nothing has happened.

I think I made a mistake but being too forward, but I thought she was giving me green lights buy giving me attention and saying that she was single and didn't want to go back to him considering that she loved him so much (she said that precisely).

I made another mistake by thinking about her to the degree of dreaming about someone else stealing her.

My biggest mistake of all is flirting with her only with my body language and not by words too.

How should I proceed tomorrow when she gives me her response(yes/no)?

Should I consider it rejection and move on? Or should I explain that my doing was too soon and she shouldn't overthink about it.

Should I followed "don't shit where you eat"?

I see her in half of my classes and have many friends in common. I feel like I want to ignore her because I think she sees me only as a friend, and I don't. I don't want to walk that path, but she is funny and stuff.

This is the First time for me expressing my feelings and getting "rejected".(I never dated)
