This is not a matter of SMV. It's a matter of self esteem here. Getting a hooker will be ok if you are sure you can get pussy some other way. Otherwise it's a risky move I'd hardly advise.

It seems your self esteem is low regarding women. The most sure fire way I know to boost this self esteem comes from PUA related material. Read some, watch some, game some girls, your oneitis should vanish as your self esteem raises man. :)

quicklogaccount's post is what i did about 6 months ago. focus on yourself, work out etc, get some nicer clothes, just generally polish your image and go out and game women at bars/clubs. the aim doesnt have to be to fuck them or whatever, just talk to them, try conversation techniques, stuff you read etc. even if you get nowhere, youll learn about yourself and your strengths and things you need to improve.

after a while youll start noticing you arent getting anywhere with that approach, and youll start adapting. alongside the changes to your image, youll start finding success.

for right now though, lift, improve, talk to other women.

You're too young to start engaging in professionals. When I was that age, if I could pay for it (it's illegal here in the US), man, I might have engaged in crime to get money to pay for pussy. I had a similar situation and let me tell you how I got over it.

Bad news, it's only going to get worse. You will probably see her with with that other guy, or hear from someone that she is fucking him hard, and it will be soul crushing for you.

Fucking other girls will help, but won't cure oneitis. I slept with the loveliest girl I know almost two years after break up, it was nice, but there was still the void in me.

Good news:

I found out my ex was flirting via texts with another guy.I told her im not going to accept that kind of behaviour and she should behave like she´s in a relationship if she wants to stay in a relationship with me.Fast forward -> no feelings for me anymore,she left me.

You dodged a bullet. She either never had feelings for you or lost them long time ago, so this was inevitable. She actually did you a favor.

What you actually need to do is to live your life the way you want and improve yourself on a daily basis. Get more friends, both male and female, be more social, study more for school/uni, learn new skills, lift, take care of your health etc.

It's when you invest heavily in yourself you start to value yourself more, and the void inside you will be gone. And the feeling that you lost something will also be gone.

Right now your emotions have clouded your mind, but it will pass. The most important thing right now is not binge on any addiction, like drugs, cigarettes, or even porn and video games.

Cut all contact with your ex. No texting, no friendship, nothing. Don't reach her out, and don't ask others about her. Otherwise, your shooting yourself in the foot.

As someone who has been there, trust me, hookers do not help your self esteem. You will not feel good thinking the only women interested in your are women you pay... and that one special ex.

1) cut of all contact 2) speak to as many women as possible, build your confidence, game and sleep with as many as you can, but don't beat yourself up if you are just starting and it is going to be a little scary/exciting but well worth the adventure.

There are guys out there who will tell you to go out and bang a woman to get over your last ex. It's never been like that for me. How long does that make you feel better for? Probably only for a few hours.

Just go out with some women and enjoy yourself. It'll help you internalize that there are plenty of fun women out there, and that your ex wasn't anything special. It doesn't even have to be in a dating capacity at first; you can go out with female friends and maybe be a little flirty and light hearted. Having fun times with a lot of women is the key to destroying oneitis and increasing your confidence.
