I would personally utilize a three-move strategy in this case. It is part of dread game, so if you're not comfortable with using dread then don't even bother reading this. The objective here is to use fear, uncertainty, and doubt to your advantage. If you want to re-establish or fortify your frame in an LTR, then this is the gold standard for doing so. This is the type of thing you should only have to use once.

You should always be willing to terminate the relationship if things aren't going your way.

First, hang her out to dry by ignoring her. Make her feel uncertain about what you think about her (note, she is doing the same thing to you currently). She will quickly snap back into form after realizing that you don't want to put up with her shit. Just do what you usually do, (work, gym, school, walk the dog, etc...), except without her in your company. There are different levels of ignoring her, for example you could go full-blown, zero contact isolationism, build that wall Make America Great Again... or you could just be more short with her by using one-word text replies, being "too busy" to hang out, or whatever. Each level obviously comes with its own advantages and risks, so it's up to you to determine how much you should be ignoring her. You don't want to ignore her so much to where she loses interest, but you don't want to give her so much attention to where she has the power.

Just remember: AWALT and don't backpedal once you've committed to dread game.

After some time ignoring her, she will come back to you and she will want things to be like they previously were, out of fear that she is losing you. This is when the second move should be initiated. Confirm this fear, and tell her something like "I think we should take a break from each other. I need to get my priorities straight..." right as things are starting to look really grim from her perspective. In the meantime, you should just continue doing what you do, maybe spin some plates, lift and shit, read a book--and VERY IMPORTANT wait for her to reinitiate contact after you break it off. I can almost promise she will, especially if you have CORRECTLY followed through with the first move. AWALT.

Note: At this stage, and especially if you see her a lot (like on college campuses or at bars or whatever), don't lose your frame if you see her in public with some other guy. Just laugh or some shit, or even ignore her. Chances are the guy just is some beta-orbiter that she scraped from the bottom of her phone contacts. Not a threat.

At this point, she should have: i) fear that she has lost you, ii) uncertainty about the future of your relationship (remember, you're "taking a break," not ending it forever--sometimes it even works by just temporarily demoting her to plate status), and iii) doubt in her ability as a woman to satisfy you.

Step three, accept her apologies and take her back in. Be genuinely kind to her, but use your kindness scarcely from now on. Dread game is about finding the perfect balance between kindness and apathy. Do not let her mistake your kindness for weakness. You are her leader and you love her, but you will not tolerate disrespect ever again. From there, just keep your logic to yourself, your plates in check, and your bench press heavy, and everything should work out just fine. If you can learn to apply dread game properly now, then you will save yourself a lot of grief with future relationships. Good luck bro.

You can't force it. The best thing to do is pull back and focus on yourself or hit up some other chicks. Don't pick up the phone or text back as quickly as you used to. She will begin to feel insecure and understand that you're attention is important to her. Never forget to be willing to break up at any moment.

I've recently lost frame as well.. I look forward to responses here as I prefer LTR over plate game and would prefer to keep this one. (dealing with the compartmentalizing the oneitus there)
