Bro, you're a man, you don't need to ask other people if you should be pissed. Other people can't feel for you. If you didn't like it and felt it was disrespectful then withdraw your attention during the date or after. If she's not interested then you will know, and if she is then she will change her behavior accordingly. Young girls these days are always on their phones and always have orbiters after them, they are addicted and it's hard for them to stop. I've just chalked it up to game at this point and I save my best behavior and time and attention for girls who respect me the most and the ones who don't do shit like this. The others I just look at like plates.

Depends on how long. I usually give girls 10 seconds or so one or two times total. Over that, I'll make a comment along the lines of "Hey what's up with your phone?" This usually isn't and shouldn't be a problem but if it persists say "Hey let's enjoy each other when we're together. Put your phone away." and if she doesn't catch on after that either bounce or withdrawal attention depending on her level.
