Hey family,

So i have a girlfriend now. Took a few months to decide if she was LTR material, and i decided for the first time in years to ask her to be exclusive.

Everything has been pretty solid. She cooks, cleans, is foreign with an amazing body and beautiful, plus she makes me laugh which i find hard for a girl to do

Long story short, she posted an IG picture last night of her in this leotard, that didn't leave much to the imagination from the bottom dow

I found this to be unnecessary and a look for attention, so it bothered me. She noticed this and asked what was wrong. I told her it bothered me to see her post a picture like that, because as her boyfriend i feel she knows posting something like that will attract other guys, and didn't understand why she did it.

I also told her (which is true) that if she only knew how many girls hit on me in person that i turned down because i don't want anyone else, and she should see my inbox. She got VERY bothered by this, repeating it later in the convo and saying "are you kidding me"

She proceeded to tell me it was "just a picture" and "if i post a picture of us at the beach in a bikini am i showing my body off looking for attention?" Then she said i was acting like a male chauvinist. We slept together last night closely, wrapped around each other but i can feel it bleeding into today. our normal morning text conversations were kept very brief and with barely any use of "pet names" on her part.

Was i wrong to be bothered by this? What could i have done differently?

More importantly, i want to tell her "baby, i can feel you holding on to last night. It's hard being away knowing you're still thinking about it"....i dunno. i just haven't been able to think straight since i left for work 5 hours ago.

Thanks in advance for all your responses and help
