Don't take her words at face value. It's not that you necessarily spend too much time together, it's that you give off a clingy vibe when you are together and that you're too dependent on her.

Had this happen to me. The best option is to ghost her for a few days, completely, no contact whatsoever, even if she initiates. Then when you reappear give no more than a one liner on what you're doing at present. She's missing her independence or you may unwittingly be coming off as clingy so now she wants to ride the CC.

Also, spin plates. There's other women out there who WANT to spend the time with you that she thinks is too much. Respect yourself first, bro. Remember, you're a king and she's the fool for not wanting to spend more time in your kingdom.

I've had this type of message. I disappeared for a few weeks. Then she started the same thing about not being able to come over. I texted: "There's no need for us to be in touch".
