Hello all.

I've been giving this some thought and I discussed with several people this topic: going vegetarian (only fish and eggs) or staying on "normal diet"?

I've hear varying contrasting opinions: it's good to be "balanced" -> no vegetarian; it's good to go full vegan since it's more natural (less processing) and you feel better and can even build muscle; it's good to eat meat because it has fat and the brain and body need fat; it's good to be vegetarian since our bodies resemble the anatomy of a herbivore more than they resemble that of a carnivore or omnivore; vegetarians don't get cancer.

The list goes on. Your thoughts on this? Did anyone experiment with this for a reasonable amount of time (6 months at least)? It would be great if someone that knew anatomy/ biology/ biochemistry would take their time to post their formal thought on the matter here :D.

Thanks in advance.
