I work with 90% women. I get that they are far more socially intelligent than most men and I try to tread carefully around them, especially with regards to gossip. I get that gossip isn’t always a bad thing, but how do you participate without hurting yourself? Many of them will make offhanded remarks about other coworkers and until this point I have tried to stay completely above the fray but perhaps there is a better way to participate.

Any thoughts?
