There is not a single exercise that will do this. Infact it's literally only your nutrition. You need to eat less. I lost 45 pounds in 2 months with ZERO exercise or cardio. Though it does help to speed up the process by burning calories.

You can not "target" specific areas. Your whole body needs to lose fat which will reduce your belly automatically.

You cant do spot fat removal. You have to decrease body fat %, no shortcuts. Depending on your genetics the belly is one of the last places to store fat for men. Just keep doing cardio and be careful with weights, you dont wanna fuck up your joints.

Do research on this, you clearly still belive in myths.

269 at 5'10" and you are worried about a little belly fat? You need to loose 100 fucking lbs unless you have been a power lifter on the juice for the last 20 years.

Look here's the deal you diet is going to get the weight off not cardio and you are so fucking fat unless the cardio is swimming you are destroying your joints and just going to end up fat and injured.

Keep your eating in check and start lifting heavy. The fact that you only lost 20 lbs so far tells me your diet probably isn't great and you want to do cardio so you can keep eating shit.

If your goal is fat loss, the bulk of your training shouldn't be cardio. You should do cardio, but don't neglect lifting--emphasize it. It's important to lift to stimulate your metabolism. You say your diet is in check, which should mean that you are at a caloric deficit but not an extreme one. Do higher reps, sets of 8-10, on exercises, especially squats. High rep squats (10+ reps) will fire up your metabolism and help recomposition your body. For cardio, do both long slow cardio and high intensity intervals. Do intervals twice a week and long slow cardio on your other cardio days.

You need to lose more fat. Don't worry about spot checking fat loss right now, you just need to get as much as burned as possible. Also I can't say 100% for sure but I've heard people have a lot of benefits with less excess skin when they use fasting for weight loss

Fasting.

Get a daily multivitamin. Mix 2 L of water with 1 tsp of KCL (NoSalt) and 1 tsp of NaCL (Himalayan pink salt). You drink that every day and take the multivitamin. You'll enter ketosis (fat burning mode) in 1-3 days. Then you'll burn about 2/3rds a pound of fat per day after that. Day 5, human growth hormone levels skyrocket, so you don't have to worry about muscle deterioration. As for hunger, your circulating levels of ghrelin (hunger hormone) peak typically on day 2 and diminish thereafter. So by day 3, most people aren't hungry anymore. For the duration of your fast, baseline levels of cortisol and adrenaline are elevated which promotes alertness and wakefulness. Fasting is also the only means by which you can lose weight and prevent yourself from gaining it back; in other words, it prevents "the biggest loser effect". The reason why is because unlike regular exercise and small daily caloric deficits, fasting actually decreases your baseline circulating levels of ghrelin and increases your baseline circulating levels of leptin (satiety hormone). Furthermore, because fasting increases autophagy (means by which your body recycles shit it doesn't want or need, prioritizing defective and/or malfunctioning proteins/cells) you are less likely to have excess tissue left over from the fat loss. This is only an overview; there are actually manifold health benefits from the practice of fasting beyond simple weight loss that are too numerous for me to go over here. If you too lazy for cardio, do farmer walks with 100lbs dumbbells, some deadlifting, squats, add some interval sprints and in 6 months you'll be 210lbs easy with proper dieting.

You burn calories not by just doing cardio but doing high intensity work outs. I personally hate running for a fucking hour staring into nothigness

Focus on lifting more than cardio. Building muscle burns a lot more calories than just cardio. If you burn more calories than you take in, you lose fat.

Yeah. Drop your reps and sets of the spoon and fork lifts. Definitely recommend 2 sets a day, and do it every day. Keep it up every day for a year and see what that does.
