Soft next. When you make plans you are allocating your precious time out of your schedule, but if they flake(depending on what kind of notice they gave you) that's some of your time you could have potentially allocated for someone else who respects your time.

As for her fucking some other guy, it really doesn't matter what she does outside of your time with you, due to your non-committed relationship.
