Don't spend time at your place, ever. Thursday, Friday & Saturday night, you're at parties, bars, etc. hanging out with friends - you're at concerts, you're on a day trip to another part of England. GO TO THE GYM during the hours she's home, come back all hot and sweaty. Go to class, join a sport. Invite girls and guy friends to your apartment, cook for them, watch the game, throw a party in your room, IDK. Go to the library to study, just stay the fuck away from your place and stop giving a shit if she's there with him (as long as they don't eat your food, you're golden).

IGNORE THE SHIT out of her. Don't make it obvious you're ignoring her because she'll just hamster that one too, but honestly you shouldn't give a shit what she thinks. She's fucking some pleb? Well your dick was all over that, just saying - I hope he's enjoying sloppy seconds because you probably rammed the fuck out of that pussy, am I right or AM I RIGHT. Just convince yourself you dodged a bullet. You can't let her destroy you, you must seek happiness from within. The sooner you realize she wants attention and is trying to rub this in your face (they can't fuck at his place?) the sooner she has no power over you. Don't give her your attention she seeks; go improve yourself and go find cool people to hang out with. Once your lease is up, get the fuck out of there, until then, ride this one out brother.

Edit: I want to say when you do all this stuff, don't do it with the intent of "I'm going to get revenge on this fucking cunt" think of it as wanting to be more social and wanting to better yourself. Making her jealous would only be the icing on the cake.

You know if you meet other women you can stay at their place over night, right? Or you can bring them home so she can understand what it feels like.

Alternatively, have a word with your landlord, explain the situation, and ask if he'd be ok with someone taking over your contract then find out if someone is interested in doing a houseswap with you - plenty of students hate their housemates and would jump at the chance of new ones. There should be a notice board on campus or at the Student Uni where you can put up a flier.
