Get or make a set of cheap dumbbells, start lifting right now. Do it religiously, like a man condemned to swole.

Build not just strength, but the discipline needed for everything else.

Learn an available trade or craft. Don't stop at just one.

Read great books for men for enjoyment. Select an epic poem or religious text, and begin memorizing it, for brain altering results. Memorize in chunks you can handle/especially like. Aim to memorize and permanently keep memorized the entire thing.

Not going to school is an advantage, you're not as dumbed down as most people are after schooling, you are the basic baseline level of dumb with no artificial additives.

Get your own bicycle (decently rugged one), to get around autonomously. Eventually upgrade to motorbike or your own shitty car to expand your options when you exhausted existing ones.

Meet girls once or twice a week to hone your Game. They are all the same and work the same way, you can learn to blow their minds with very little. The more you're not like anyone else she knows, the better. Looks don't matter half as much as strong Game. Won't get laid at first. Nobody gives a shit, keep on grinding.

Log the fuck off This isn't real life. Limit your online activity. You need real, human interaction. Get a dog if you can.

Go hug your mom, sibling or any other relative close to you. You may think I'm joking but I'm being serious. Lack of human affection, and I don't mean sexual, can negatively impact a person emotionally and mentally.

Baby steps homie. Start working out rigorously and eat big and healthy. Come back in a couple months.
