I'm going to get married to my girl in a few months. I don't want to give a fake justification about the girl or a lengthy background on me that no one cares to read. Only a small brief at the end which can be skipped if you like.

I don't want to go down the no marriage path, rather what I want to do is make sure I never get divorce raped. I'd rather secure myself and take the "risk", and just go on with my life. Like TRP says; "She's not yours, it's just your turn". So I want to take my turn, enjoy it, and see where it leads.

My question is about prenups:

I want an international prenuptial, that states she has no access to any of my or my family's assets which were acquired before we got married, and that half my income etc won't go to her.

Maybe I don't know how to word it better, but I am requesting for any lawyers who may read through TRP or any men who have been through something like this, maybe have some experience, to advise me. I'm sure I can make her sign it, but I have to be careful and make sure it's the perfect one, or at least damn close to it.

Is there something like this possible? Is it legal? Can I ever truly protect myself from divorce rape?
