You don't need a damn program for approaching.

It's simple.

Locate a woman you are interested in approaching.

Approach immediately.

Do not think about it. Turn off the voice in your head that will hamster up reasons why you shouldn't approach. The more you think, the more you will tell yourself reasons not to approach.

Don't think, do.

Approach with total confidence. Don't half ass it. Any vibe of a lack of confidence or a lack of outcome independence will be sensed by her and you are doomed.

I'll tell you a lil story. I was in a barber shop waiting for a friend to get his hair cut. It was really quiet with some people. I decided why not talk to somebody.

Instead of just talking to the person next to me, I went to the bathroom. Then the hamster started rolling. Then I went outside, more thinking, more foolish reasons not to converse with that person.

Came back in, sat next to him. Didn't say shit. By that time I had thought so many discouraging shit and kept quiet as a mouse.

My first approach I was walking with some friends at the mall, and I saw a cute girl. I walked up to her, said hi, froze like a little bitch and LITERALLY RAN AWAY.

But you know why I'm doing well today? Because I was pushing my limits when I did that approach and I kept on pushing them. My approaches got incrementally better and today I'm very happy with my sex life.

In my opinion the easiest game to play with approaches is "the first three don't count." Just give yourself license to fail for the first three, after that you'll likely not give a fuck
