I've started a bulk 4 months ago. Currently sitting at 174lbs 5'9 with bf around 15-16%.

I honestly feel like shit. Muscular definition has fade away, and so my face did. My jawline is barely visible.

Apart from that, I also have (moderate) acne and get pimples every single day. I'm quite sure it has to do with my diet, even if I eat "clean" every day. For clean, I mean: pasta, some bread, chicken, eggs (whole eggs), red meat, milk, spinach, bananas and so on.

I eat all this mainly to meet my caloric intake with 200-300 kcal's above maintainance. Pasta, bread, bananas and milk are my main source for calories (carbs indeed).

Proportion is something like 50% carbs, 25% protein, 25% fats.

This is probably not that "clean", but what I mean for clean is: no cheat meals, no sodas, processed food and general junk food. Last time I touched Pepsi or Chocolate it was on summer.

I get pimples on my face every day and that just sucks.

How can you really clean bulk and get lot calories from 100% clean foods which minimally cause you fat gain/acne and so on? If I had to remove pasta for example, I would only get to 1000 calories in a day.

I tried by eating lot of oranges (vit c) as on summer I noticed they made my skin clear as fuck, but that was probably because I was cutting and eating low carbs too. Indeed, I've been eating 2 oranges/day for a week and I still get regular pimples. Perhaps I've read it could be pasta (carbs) or milk.
