One thing you hear and read is the tip that you should start a conversation with everyone. I do understand that will level up ur social skill but since my skill isn't very high I'm having trouble understanding how to start a conversation without having some interest in a person. I mean If you just see a person walking do you just walk up to them talk about the wheater? I really don't get it.

I don't have that much time on my hand to talk to random people either cause I study most of my time so really the time I get to talk to people is when I'm in a lecture or walking home from the university or going to the gym.

I made a thread recently about how I had trouble getting to know people in class this has gotten a lot better pretty much talking to everyone in the class, but we share a common interest so it's easier to talk.

Any tip to start a conversation with a stranger och the street or such? I'm not talking about how to open women since the main goal isn't pick up chicks but to become a social person.
