It really depends on what kind of dates. I take my plates out to go to the beach, short roadtrips, basically things that are exciting and bring a different wind in compared to just banging and calling it a day. Usually results in even better sex. See it as mental foreplay.

No, it's beta to think you need to make things official with a girl and "lock her down" to get what you want out of her.
