I just don't understand the concept of frame and how it works. It's so emotionally tiring to hold frame for months at a time, and I usually end up backsliding because the beta in me regrets being an asshole. I lift, I take cold showers, I've read, I recently started meditation, I've done about a million other things. I still have no confidence.
There was a time when i was depressed as shit and anxious. The more confident i get when i have a good streak, the harder I backslide into low self esteem and beta faggotry. For example, i fuck a girl hard as shit but dont see her again. Im confident for a while, then a hamster of sorts fucks me up for weeks. "Did i fuck her too hard? Did i come off as tryhard? Etc." Before you know it I'm posting here asking how to regain frame.
It's a pattern.
Could it be residue from depression? Thould I look into medication or therapy? I'm objectively better in every physical way, but I feel just as shitty as before.
Isn't TRP about realizing that you need to improve? Yet it almost seems as if the negative thought patterns of, "I'm not good enough, always work, happiness is earned, etc" kill me, my game, and my frame.
What is a good frame to establish here?
