I'm working in a team. There are two girls who'd already begun the project and i was posted here a few days later.

So one of the girls is telling me what to do. This is fair enough as she's been here since a few days earlier. However, she has this condescending manner while talking with me. A bit too much of "do this, do that, don't do this, don't do that, have you done this,...". Basic courtesy is often conspicuously absent when she's telling me what to do. I mean normally, when you tell someone something, and you know that the listener has understood what to do, you'll leave it at that. But once she's done and I'm leaving to do xyz, she'll loudly repeat a concise version of what to do (as if to show the other people who's the boss).

Plus, she'll discuss the important work with the other girl, and delegate me menial tasks. For context, she's not my boss (2 years junior) but she has the degree required for our work while I'm still working towards it (admittedly, should've gotten it by now but that's a different issue. It basically just affects our payscale and team leaders may think twice before allowing us to lead projects. That's it.) Here, we're all just team members.

I've worked with her for three days so far, and every time I've been aware of what's been going on, believe me. But I've always fallen short of acting in a red pilled way. I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO DENY and I've always silently (and resentfully) complied.

If it wasn't the workplace, I'd have told her to go fuck herself immediately. I'm not afraid to talk to girls or anything. I don't consider myself a beta but these incidents clearly demonstrate otherwise and my pride is hurt.

Any suggestions in how I should deal with this? It's slowly, constantly eating me away from the inside.

I have a vague idea that i shouldn't say anything overtly accusatory to her and yet get the point across indirectly. I just don't know how. This is the time that my frame and red pill knowledge is getting tested and so far (since three days) I'm at a loss.

It's like there's "please push me around, I'm a master at complying" taped on my forehead. Please help. Thanks.
