This girl is a freak man, and a real keeper. Had a couple of women like this. I was careless in not protecting myself against those kinds of claims.

Couple of options.

Record it (then send it to me for storage). Let her know your filming it and make a thing of it. Talk to her about it. Her requests are a little bit enthusiastic and immature. She seems new to the whole sub thing and doesn't seem to be thinking responsibly.

Tell her to pick a safe word. Make sure it's documented in some way over text or some shit for future reference and it's not just verbal. That way you can explain that you setup a safe word if it comes back to bite you and then just have to explain she didn't say the safe word. That will at least show that you established a clear and responsible way to explain to any authorities that this is a regular thing you guys do, and that she knows how to be safe, and that will take most of her credibility away. Once you can prove that she is into rough/bdsm play, it gets a lot harder for her to be credible in court over this stuff. not saying it's fool proof, but sets things up nicely.
