It's all bullshit, but it lets you down easily...kind of. Is it the best way? Idk, but works for them.

Or just block her from all forms of contact.

A few ways.

If in a relationship. Just end it. Say you're not interested and move on.

If someone is chasing you. Just show her beta personality types. Be needy, pay for things, be indecisive. Constantly talk abkit your day etc etc.

Personally, just be straight up. If you're not interested. Just end it. Don't really need to explain it, give a vague response. And soft next. This will also help your reputation in a way if you do it right and keep a calm frame during her emotional ordeal.

Easiest way is become a beta. Hold her hand, start talking about your feelings when you're with her, say shit like "you're the girl for me" and generally just be a fucking beta. Tell her a story about how people at the office are so inconsiderate and you hate when people trample on your feelings and ask her if she can cuddle with you... basically do shit like this right before the point where it would make you laugh and almost be entirely unbelievable.

The bad thing about breaking up with a girl like this is anyone she's connected to that you're still connected to might get the tail end of a bit of this. She'll say "yeah he became obsessed" or "He's a little weird". Usually better IMO to breakup in a casual way, she cries and you just create distance. I don't think it's entirely alpha to downplay yourself just to get a girl to not like you... it shouldn't matter if a girl likes you or not... that's her problem.

That's like... a girl stopping to dress up and put makeup on so her boyfriend won't like her anymore... why lower your value just for someone else?
