Quite simply, ignore and move on. Engaging with white knights to the point of violence isnt netting you anything, especially if you end up in jail. Most of the time the woman will escalate or rile up the white knights to do her bidding. Learn to recognize and have awareness of a situation where "male privelage" will put your back against the wall against 3 dudes wanting to joust for m'lady.

1 - NEVER make the damsel in peril cry for help;
2 - If she did it, quickly say something rational "I never even looked in her direction man, she's acting nuts, fuck of and contain HER." while you make your RETREAT.

If you are in a club, tell some bumper a fight will ensue and ask him to lead you directly to the cashier. If you can, pick up ALL your friend's bills and pay so the bumper and the owner feel "that's the guy I want here".
