Usually I wouldn't be a dickhead and just tell you to Google it, but it's such an important and interesting topic that I couldn't summarise it to you without it losing its meaning.

On improving your game in a LTR, you can still "flirt without flirting" with other girls, simply test RP theory on them and see how they react to you. The fact that you're in a good relationship means you're not going to show neediness as well, which will teach you how big of an effect this has.

There's a strong limitation on how much you can improve your game without crossing boundaries man. Just flirt a bit.
But don't worry a lot about it. Game, if you take it seriously, improves quickly enough.

Im gonna talk about this in my experience. As you know, LTR are TRP in hardcore mode,so you gotta embrace it and accept that things will be tricky in some aspects.

Dread is love, Dread is not punishment. On a daily basis, you gotta be implementing Dread game. You don't apply dread when your LTR is bitchy, you do it all the time. Why? because, dear reader, we still don't know what women are looking for in a man, but for sure, we know what they DON'T want: A guy who doesn't love himself. So dread shoul'd be thought of as a way of loving yourself. Because, let's face it: When your LTR ends (It will, sooner or later - "AWALT"), You gotta be in your best shape. With shape I'm talking about mental shape and physical shape. So the key is Dread to keep your SMV higher than hers. With dread she will see that you're valuable, that you care about yourself, so you're a person who really can care about other too.

I call this "catch and release": you should never stop flirting with girls, even when you won't fuck them. But in a general way, you should never stop talking to people: keep practicing/improving social dynamics in order to not get rusty about game. Spin plates could be something amoral to you, in that case, at least make sure that you still can game random girls on the streets for example. It will boost your confidence and social skills.

For example: today in my college, people was waiting in line for a shity coffee from a machine, there was a lot of people, so I told the girl in front of me: "god damn it, is this starbucks or what?" she laughed a lot with me, good chemistry. We both walked to another coffe machine from college, and then after we drank it, I told her

"Before you leave and I never see you again, give me your number" she smiled and she did. But actually I wont text her, even when she was HB8-9, even more HB than my LTR.

start throwing more parties, make sure to invite more women than men. if not parties, maybe some other type of get together like going to the beach or concerts or something.

when out with your GF at restaurants, flirt with the waitresses and bartenders. also do this with cashiers and any other girl you might interact with while with your GF.

go out for drinks / coffee with some of your female friends to "catch up a bit, see how they're doing".

its pretty simple.

Why not focus on yourself and apply light game to outside plate potentials (see also Catch + Release)? The mere fact that you are frequently honing your skills w/ other women keeps you sharp, but it also reminds you that you've got options. The latter tends to be the most relevant to your frame strength.

Lift,improve seriously your body and your appearence (haircut,beard,fitting clothes,ecc ecc). Lifting I think is the number one thing to do to improve. I'm in LTR and on the way to be in the best shape of my life,when you are fit and other women notice that,your woman know well that you are a candy that other bitches want.

Talk to random people on the street. Try to keep it mostly women but still talk to everyone. It's not cheating if you're only trying to improve your social skills. Get their numbers if you want just don't actually text them if you think it's wrong.
