A recent post about sharing plates made me feel a weird mix of relatability and anger. After reflecting and being brutally honest with myself I've come to the conclusion that I have a massive ego. My ego makes me think I'm better than I actually am and causes me to miss out on opportunities and relationships.

If a woman I'm talking to is taking too long to text me or not the way I want, I get bent out of shape. If I'm not acknowledged or shown enough attention in a social setting, I get bent out of shape. The list is endless.

Basically, any hit to my ego destroys my inner frame. This sucks because I force women to double text me or reach out to me multiple times which causes the interest to fizzle out. I avoid or have attitude with friends or people who didn't show me enough attention which causes relationships to dry up and not go anywhere. I'm essentially shooting myself in the foot.

I understand that this is extremely beta and low value. Now that I recognize this issue, I need help fixing it. For brothers who've dealt with massive egos, how do I reign it in?

Thanks in advance 🙏🏾
