Last night, we had some tequila shots with a few friends. Since we're on holidays, one friend has been texting with this girl he's going on a date with when he gets back, while also texting with a few other girls kinda as friends. Now my other friend, who is basically chad (I'm not kidding here, dude can get any girl he wants in a matter of days, hours, sometimes minutes), took his phone and started handling his texting. He started sexting with this girl and made her horny as fuck, and by the end of the night, which took him 1 hour, he basically seduced 5 girls while only using whatsapp and snapchat. 2 girls actually friendzoned him, and now they're begging him to fuck as soon as he gets back. The owner of the phone was pretty drunk but I'm pretty sure we were both like 'what the fuck just happened'.

It was a cool thing to watch but it got me kinda confused as well, because I've always learned texting is only used for logistics and you can't build attraction through text. I just literally saw the exact opposite thing happen. How can I take this 'rule' seriously if I just saw the opposite work so well?

EDIT: Chad was using SOMEONE ELSE'S account, so looks are out of the picture here. I would compare the looks from the owner of the phone to mine to be honest, which is decent but not great.
