so I re-did my pictures on Tinder to show me in the best light possible, put up some wordly traveling pics of me etc etc. One is me in a tight shirt where you can obviously see that I have a good body. BAM - suddenly my match percentage goes from about 1% to 10%.

I message the girls I find attractive. some don't message back - that's fine. the ones that we do go back forth, I obtain their number after about 15-20 minutes of messaging telling them to give me their number and we should meet up.

Here is an example of how I will say it:

"I have to head out, I'd like to meet you in person, not a fan of hiding behind tinder for too long, lets grab a drink this weekend".

here is another one

"I gotta run though, lets continue this conversation over text if you want, what's your number?"

Anyways, those are two of the examples verbatim (there are two others but I don't have records in my phone). In all cases, the girls gave me their number instantly and agreed to meet up.

In two cases, I messaged the girls saying "hey its xxxx you have my number" and they responded and then I just went to bed or went off and did other things. both these girls stop responding when I texted the next day to set something up.

In the two other cases where the girls gave me their numbers to set up something, I did NOT text the girls right away and went straight to bed (since I was tired and wanted to go to bed). I'd wake up the next morning to enter it in my phone and in both cases could not find the girls since either they unmatched me or deleted their accounts.

What is the reason for this behavior? am I getting unmatched because I did not text/call right right away? Why would unmatch someone AFTER willingly giving them your number.

In all cases the girls were pretty attractive

I would like to continue using tinder (in addition to other ways to meet girls) since I Am fairly busy with work/hobbies etc and will not have much time go out the next couple months. But it seems as though the return on investment is terribly low on here, or I Am doing something wrong.
