My insurance is decent - this would be affordable. I'm just worried that nothing will be accomplished. Maybe I've watched too much hollywood videos, but I don't want to spend time and money and not achieve anything.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I had a friend who got depressed after college and saw one, and he found it helpful. I don't know anyone though "healthy" and just deciding to see one.
