If there was a list of shit not to do on a first or second date, its talk about yourself. My rule for early dates is the 1/2 rule. It's the 2/3 rule, only 1/2 instead. You should say no more than 50% of what she says, and anything you say must be vague and non-descriptive. I.E. when she asks what you do for a living, you don't actually drill into the details and give her a detailed summary. You gave the vaguest, shortest, answer possible, and move on.

Dates, especially early ones, are about building attraction. You are not going to build attraction by talking. Sorry, but ignore all the blue pill garbage you hear about how communication is the key and how women like men who can communicate.

You sell yourself to women on early dates not by talking but by doing. Demonstrate your value and build attraction via actions, not words. If you are talking, you are drying, is my mantra. Escalation is part of the actions you need to take.

Think of it like a roller coaster. Talking is the chain lift portion of the roller coaster. Now if an entire roller coaster was just a chain lift, that would be boring as hell. You want the chain lift(talking) to be as short as possible to give the maximum thrill ride.

Another bad move. By doing this you are making yourself too available, which women hate and find unattractive. It's like, you asking her out on another date before this one is already over with, is perceived that you have no life and too much free time. Going no contact and keeping her on edge about the next time is the way to go.

You know what I didn't see any of in your write up? Escalation. You said you made out, fine, but did you try to escalate any further than that. If not, another reason she may view you as a coward.

She got home and sent me a text saying, "I'm home...I had a wonderful night 🤗" I told her "likewise lol. Have a good night :)"

I would have never responded. At most, would have just said "Same" and that's it.

Stop with the "lols" and the emotions. That shit is for women and betas. A solid rock man doesn't use emotions or lols in their text messages.

What the fuck does that even mean. Again you make yourself too available. You need more radio silence than this. It makes it appear you have no life and no options and nothing better to do since you immediately text her the next morning. What better way to not build dread.

I sent the text at 11AM and now it's 3:30. And I know she saw it because WhatsApp tells you the last time someone checks their message. She's check out her messages at least 3 times since I sent the text...

Sounds to me like you have some anxiety issues and already have oneitis. Frantically checking your messages like this. This is why we preach abundance mentality, so your life and happiness isn't hanging on whether or not some broad gets back to you or not on a text message. What do you honestly expect her to say anyway?

And why the hell are you using WhatsApp and not her phone number.

You are over-reacting. The only thing you did wrong was not to fuck her that night. She was in the mood for it.

She won't reply, because she doesn't know what to reply. Nobody understands your text. Just ignore her not replying. Call her soon - Friday, if that's your day off - with logistics. Or call on Thursday saying that you can't make it on Friday, but you have some time today or sunday. If she accepts, do some drinks then take her to your fuckplace.

If she doesn't, soft next, try again in about a week. Then in 2 weeks. Then hard next if it doesn't work out.

And for ffs, chill. It hurts and it's stupid, but it's how it works. There's nothing wrong with you, we've all been there. Men are not very good at reacting friendly to people who are angry towards them. But, we do care for you. You got this.

Chill, it was one date, and not even one day yet. No, I'm not a big believer in having a set number of days for a waiting game, but it might come off as kind of weird to send her a, "Sorry I crashed on you" when you sent her a good night. Hopefully you haven't sent anything else before she did, and you should wait a few days, or a week to send some sort of, "Hey, it's _, just touching base with you to see if you want to do something sometime. I could be talked into going into public with you again😜"
