I am a nurse. What are your symptoms? How did you diagnose yourself with a prostate bacterial infection or a UTI? Really the only "natural" thing you can do is to increase your fluid intake and keep everything clean, but my honest advice would be to just to get an antibiotic, that is what they are for. Do you want to spend weeks hoping it goes away, or a few days and then be symptom free.

If you do go get an antibiotic, make sure you finish the course the doctor gives you.

Go to your doc, get an antibiotic treatment, take as prescribed. Will be gone in a week - 10 days. Wouldn't mess around with that.

Coming from someone in healthcare - you should see your primary care physician or a urologist. The problem could be spotted after a urinalysis or you may need more of a workup. Some need a short course antibiotics and no amount of cranberry juice will fix you.

If you have a sexually transmitted infection which is causing your symptoms, your partners may also need to be treated and your state’s department of health will likely receive a report.

Guys get UTIs less than women due to our anatomy. But it’s still possible. You should nip this in the bud early before it causes anything more serious.
