I remember getting into a mindless debate with a plate 2 years ago over something trivial and I hurt her with my words because I just wanted to win. I thought to myself, IDGAF about her, and I have all these "fuck you" mentality that is pointless if I don't say "fuck you".

In hindsight, my frame was paper-thin and not where I wanted it to be. The fact that I had to harm someone to prove myself as stronger/better man was the shittest validation-seeking behavior.

Try extracting yourself and observing "yourself creating an alpha-widow", what the fuck are you really doing and achieving?

Nah. That's pretty juvenile. Pride should come from hard work, achieving goals, having a purpose you're commited to.

If creating Alpha widows makes a guy proud, there is something sad about that.

Sure, it helps to know how to do it, what behaviour makes them want you. But pride in creating them is a pretty low level place to get emotional fulfillment.

I feel really bad about alpha widowing, I can’t help doing it but I still feel bad about it. Maybe it’s because I liked my last two LTRs as people and I wouldn’t feel bad doing it to a hypergamous skank, I don’t know.
