In my opinion, pull back may be appropriate at times but the blanket advice” pull back” is incomplete.

When I see “pull back” here, it is a reminder for me that my mission and goals are my focus. Women are the icing on the cake

Pulling back is just dread. Dread leads her to feeling insecure and jealous and wanting attention from you. It's a balancing act.

Not quite.

Pulling back is a side effect of losing interest. It's also a result of choice as a man with options wouldn't chase.

It seems like a default answer as it creates dread in fomo but in order to be effective she'd need to care.

For example, if she's in love with you and testing you and you pull back she'll stop since she wants to keep you.

If you're an orbiter and you'll pull back, she won't notice or care and may just block you.

Pull back is king yes. Men chase when things aren't going well which is usually the exact opposite of what you should do. Pulling back is a reminder to yourself and to her that you WILL NOT chase after her, and that you can and will REPLACE her if need be.

It also teaches you to be less needy,.and gives you space to focus on other things. As you already should be. Heck you should even pull back sometimes when things are going well.
