Guys I think my main problem when dealing with chicks, or anyone, socially, is that I've been conditioned to believe that a lot of stuff is cliché and cringy. Everytime I try to do/say something social I somehow imagine myself through another person's POV and start judging myself. Even when hugging, grabbing a girl's hand or touching her in public I imagine some guy looking at me and cringing, or I imagine the girl saying "this feels awkward" or "this is kinda creepy" .. idk stuff like that. How do I get out of this mindset ?

I think this is due to my dad. When I was a kid, he would jokingly judge people all the time, and I think that stuck with me, so now I feel like I'm being judged all the time.
