South Asian guy in my early 20s. Just moved stateside recently. Not a shitty upbringing but parents definitely beta-fied me. Went to an all-boys school followed by engineering uni in my home country with like zero girls. Parents pretty much prevented any possible interactions with girls. Hung up over it but I'm starting to accept it and want to move on. Nothing i could have done about it then, and no use crying about it now.

Sidebar stuff is great and all, but is useless for me. Abundance mentality? Yeah not happening. Just looking for a good social circle but also want to work on being attractive. Girls would also be nice but I'm being realistic so I'm okay with just having them as friends for now, if i can manage that.

Lot of stuff is new to me right now and I can't focus on too many things at once. Should I try to be more social and take up hobbies (my current line of work has no girls or fun people to hang out with), or should I start lifting first?(I'm skinny af and people think I'm in high school). End goal is to do both but I need to do ONE thing properly before it becomes a habbit.
